Owner Jim Krasnov earned his BBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as a financial analyst at General Motors Corp. world headquarters in New York City. After leaving General Motors, Jim acquired a waste-disposal and recycling business, which he expanded and ran for 15 years. Then he started Advanced Polymer Repairs, selling and installing high-performance epoxies to industrial, commercial and institutional accounts. These products include 100% epoxy concrete-repair systems, anti-corrosion, abrasion-resistant, elastomeric and other Surface-Protection Systems. Advanced Polymer Repairs developed a reputation for providing the finest products and services. And Advanced customers, who are key decision makers in a variety of industries, began to rely exclusively on the company for their toughest surface-protection problems. As Jim noticed his customers’ growing need to reduce their waste-disposal costs, he used his waste-disposal and recycling experience to start Advanced Waste Management consulting services. Advanced Waste Management was created with a unique business model: Our only compensation is a portion of the savings we find for our clients. If we can't help a client save on waste disposal costs, we receive no payment.
